Amanda teaches private, custom yoga classes and small intimate group class series based on Sivananda Yoga with her own personal style mixed in.  She caters to students who have the desire to build a consistent, meaningful and personal yoga practice.  She especially loves teaching beginners and specializes in helping people with no previous yoga experience start their practice and gain the confidence to stretch themselves both mentally and physically.  


The next group class series will be starting in July.
